Find the Right Pavilion For Your Rental
There are four pavilions available for you to rent for a few hours or the whole day at our parks. Whether you are looking to have a birthday party or a meeting space, we hope one of these pavilions will be the space for you!
Our staff is currently accepting Shelter Rental Applications. Staff is available to answer questions via email or by phone at 984-282-6927.
The Community House will be unavailable for rent at this time due to restorations.
Rental Procedure
Rentals are advertised as available until the requested pavilion has an approved application and payment has been received. Rentals work on a first approved and paid basis. Rental requests cannot be held.
The rental application must be paid in full within three (3) days from when the reservation is approved to guarantee the requested pavilion/date/time is permitted. Please allow 3 business days to process the Rental Request Form. A Parks and Recreation Representative will be in contact by phone or email once your application has been reviewed.

Rental Guidelines
We have shelters, sizes small to extra large, available to rent. Pavilions are available to rent, 9:00am - 9:00pm, Monday through Sunday. Take a look at our locations and what they have to offer!

*each rental includes a $150 refundable rental deposit. This deposit will be refunded after the secured rental date as long as there is no damage done to the pavilion.
