Rentals are advertised as available until the requested field has an approved application and payment has been received. Rentals work on a first approved and paid basis. Rental requests cannot be held.
The rental application must be approved and paid in full within three (3) days the reservation is requested to guarantee the requested field/date/time is permitted. Please allow 3 business days to process the Rental Request Form. A Parks and Recreation Representative will be in contact by phone or email once your application has been reviewed.
