Pittsboro Pop Up Park

The Town of Pittsboro has received a generous pledge by Chatham Park for $125,000! We are excited to utilize this donation towards a new Pop-Up Park in Downtown Pittsboro. Total costs for the park are more than $200,000 so we are seeking to collaborate with several other Community Partners to construct this park.

The park will be temporary and is planned to be relocated to a much larger footprint in Downtown Pittsboro within a 5-7 year time frame. The plans for this outdoor venue consist of a stage, restrooms, seating area, children's play area, and a community garden! Please consider helping us make this park a reality.

The location of the park will be in the center of Town and walkable from many Pittsboro neighborhoods. We also intend for the park to be used for several educational and hands-on programs for the Pittsboro Community. With your support, we can expand our park access and outdoor programming to Downtown Pittsboro.
