Trash Collection Delay on Tuesday, 09 August 2022; GFL Environmental to Correct Today
PITTSBORO, NC – Yesterday (Tuesday, August 9th, 2022), GFL Environmental, the Town’s trash collection contractor, experienced issues with some of their collection trucks within the Town. Because of this, GFL could not complete trash pick-up for some of our customers. GFL Environmental notified the Town that this had occurred yesterday afternoon and reported that they would finish trash collection for the missed areas first thing this morning.
